Being Sure of What You Hope For

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

You know the worm has to die
So, you can see the butterfly
See the butterfly yea see the butterfly
You know the worm has to die
So, you can see the butterfly
The butterfly here in this song

You know the worms have to die
So, you can see the butterflies
See the butterflies yea see the butterflies
You know the worms have to die
So, you can see the butterflies
The butterflies here in this song

Don’t go to a place where the worm never dies
The worm never dies no the worm never dies
Don’t go to a place where the worm never dies
The butterflies have to be strong

So, we see that they were not able to enter, because of their unbelief.

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for
and certain of what we do not see.
This is what the ancients were commended for.
