I am a novice poetess, although I have dabbled in poetry since childhood. I am enjoying flexing my writing muscles and have been rather prolific this year. I also enjoy other creative mediums such as painting, pyrography, glass etching, and resin casting.

I am not the same woman I was before you.
She was filled with tangled roots of bitterness,

That you found yourself back in a cell,
Or bussed back...

Refreshing and light-hearted. The tiniest ghost makes me smile, but I will be sure to act super scared!

This is a beautiful tribute to Ben, and to all rescued pups now over the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you for sharing this.

The imagery is very visceral. I can *feel* this as it unfolds. The soaring, the plummeting, and especially the crack!
