Fame is not my zest I strive
Glory, luxury…
Really I need not!
Self-content, my satisfying heart
Is all I want and try.

Alok Mishra, 23, is a poet, author, novelist and philosopher from Bihar, India. Alok has his motives in life. His poetry covers various aspect of life and he follows the doctrine of 'art must have a purpose.' Alok Mishra's debut work proved it; his work "Being in Love... (Bliss or Curse)" depicts the vivid causes and remedies of honour killings in India. He is a student of MA in English Literature at Nalanda College, Biharsharif, Bihar, India. He is an orator and a conscious body.
