Olde to mother

I thank god with gratitude.
For having a mother like you.
Who concieved me in her womb.
Who cared and nurtured me.
As a crying baby,too attached.
To a little boy with bruises to patch.
From a teenage kid with a thick head.
To a grown man with respect.
Which is all I could ever give.
May god allow you to cross the bridge.
To be in his paradise for eternity.
And if god pleases.
We will meet again.
So may you rest in peace.
Knowing I am very pleased.
To have had a mom like you.
Thank you mom,I love you.
