A Plea for Healing in the Embrace of Nature

Dear world, hear my plea,
As I pen this letter to thee,
For I find myself in a state of despair,
Longing for a place where I could repair.

Once upon a time, on a distant shore,
I stood alone, my worries no more.
A picture froze that moment in time,
A beach, my island, so sublime.
The sand beneath my weary feet,
Caressed my soul, made me feel complete.

Oh, how the grains, warm and fine,
Embraced my body, like silk so divine.
No towel did I need, no barrier in place,
For I sought to feel the Earth's embrace.
The water's touch, gentle and cool,
Enveloped my being, a natural pool.

A symphony of waves crashing ashore,
An ocean's song, my heart did restore.
In solitude, I found solace and peace,
An escape from my worries, a sweet release.
For in the center, where chaos resides,
I found panic, anxiety, PTSD alongside.

But on that beach, I was truly free,
From burdens that suffocated me.
A haven of healing, where nature thrives,
With benefits profound, for our health it strives.
For in the embrace of our mother Earth,
We find renewal, a spiritual rebirth.

The ocean itself, a balm for the soul,
Its vastness, its rhythm, making me whole.
Its healing powers, I cannot deny,
Inspiring me to dream, to soar in the sky.
Just like Tesla once wistfully knew,
In solitude, ideas fresh and true.

Alone, I ponder, philosophy takes flight,
With God by my side, where nature's might,
Awakens my spirit, fills me with grace,
In His voice, when alone, I find my place.
With humble gratitude, I give thanks,
For the beauty that fills me, and concept unfranks.

So, world, I beseech you, understand my plight,
Bring me back to that beach, where day turns to night.
For in the solitude, I find true bliss,
A chance to rejuvenate, a moment's soft kiss.
May we all find solace, wherever we roam,
In the arms of nature, where we truly feel at home.
