Seasonal Scent

Spring brings dazzling births
Longing for nice Summer rays
Days of Autumn spice

About this poem

Life is a series of changes and challenges. Just like the seasons come and go, so does different feelings and emotions. Seasonal Affective Disorder affects many people during Daylight Savings Time. Adjusting to the transition of light and darkness can be draining. How we deal with the changes will define our moods. No matter what obstacles we may face in life, we must always take a moment to breathe deeply and smell the air. Yes, each season has its own scent. You just have to be willing to sniff out the positive vibes and seek out the potential possibilities of each day.
