Graveyard

I can sleep here among the gravestones
Spread out with limbs on damp dirt.
This is where silence is king
And I am the queen
Of his long lost kingdom.
The court of roses
Forms a barbed wire fence
Around this cemetery
That time forgot.

Centuries met present days here
And the residents of those centuries
Realized they had no place.
And so the cemetery
Remains silent

And it's one of the loudest thing
I've ever heard.
