Writers never give Up

Writers are the Warriors, healing the world,
With twisted words, their banners unfurled.
They mend the wounds of those in despair,
With the magic of their pens they dare.

Through rejections sting, they persist
For their words, they refuse to resist
In forty lines their story unfold
A tapestry of emotions, untold.

Wielding metaphors, they fight the fight,
Igniting hope in darkest of night.
With ink as their armour, they boldly go,
Creating worlds where dreams can grow.

Each rejection, a stepping stone,
To strengthen their resolve, not alone.
They rewrite, revise and carry on,
With determination their light shines on.

Warriors of empathy, they understand,
The power of words, the touch of their hand.
Through their tales, they bridge the divide,
Bringing solace on this tumultuous ride.

So let us honour these Warriors true,
For healing they bring for me you.
Their twisted, a balm for the soul, In their stories humanity finds its role.
