To the one who saved my life

To the one who saved my life
I fell for you the first time we met in that room in that house I’ll never forget.
You had flowing hair and a smile from ear to ear.
I thought wow never seen anything like her.
I was wild and care free bit of a lad.
loud and funny desperately hoping you’d see.
We were friends for a while but never did we separate.
i even dated your mate for a while thinking I’ll find a way to get her just you wait.
I fell in with the wrong crowd and went off the rails I was in danger of losing my life or going right jail.
Then there was that one day I was on my own my 18th birthday wishing I wasn’t alone and my life wasn’t that way.
I know you remember that day you know I’ll never forget .
your face when I opened the door your excuse for being there that pretty brown dress.
We had laugh and had few drinks.
then we both new a romance had begun.
I can’t believe I’ve met you and you gave me that first glance .
you saved life and I can never thank you but for the rest of my life I’ll try ,
to make you as happy as you’ve made me and one day make you my wife
I can’t imagine life without you thank you for saving me giving me a family too
I love like I’ve loved no other and always will.
the bad times you e helped me though been loyal right and true.
never will I ever be able to repay you for what you do.
but I promise till the day I die I be loyal strong and true ,Ill try to be the person you deserve I love you xxxxx
