The sky,
A dark bruise
Hung above us,
SIlent
And unforgiving.
You moved,
A storm
That tore through my heart,
Leaving fragments
Of love,
Of longing,
Scattered in its wake.
I tried to piece them together,
But the puzzle remained
Incomplete.
Your touch,
A whisper,
Lingering on my skin,
Haunting
Every inch of me.
We were tangled in the night,
Lost
In the ups and downs
Of desire,
But now,

Driftwood,
