I stopped smoking

Oh, sweet Leah, my heart's delight,
I stopped smoking for your sake tonight.
For in your eyes I saw the truth,
And knew that I must change my youth.

No longer will I let the smoke,
Pollute my lungs with every toke.
For in your love I find my breath,
And know that smoking leads to death.

The scent of roses on the breeze,
Is now the only thing I seize,
For in your arms I find my peace,
And smoking brings me only disease.

Oh, sweet Leah, my heart's delight,
I'll give up smoking for you each night.
For in your love I find my way,
And know that I'll be healthier each day.

So let us walk in gardens green,
And breathe the air that's pure and clean,
For in your love I find my life,
And know that I'll be free from strife.
