Building castles in the air

Sometimes i wonder
If i could take a holiday,
And be in a village at a night of summer,
Among the lovely trees so green and smell of wet clay.

If I could sleep under a starry sky
To think of all the magic we could do with science,
I would wake up with my spirits high,
With a bowl of sweet porridge in breakfast to suffice.

How I wish I live at a time,
Where things are not easy but simple,
Like my grandma did often outline,
To escape the modern world's demands and trouble.

But then I am not so old enough,
Like others in my family,
And I see them often in sorrow and rumpus,
To be reminded that I am much at ease and in glee.

But again a fidgety mind mine is,
To ponder of my fantasies,
Be it a trip to Neverland
Or building a castle just of sand.

Then they say not to build castles in the air,
Yet I dare to keep my dreams high up there,
But to achieve what I truly dare,
I need to labor than to think and stare.
