both fade into memory
Time caring not
whether credence or farce

Married together
they drift into silence
Passing forgotten
—through legend and curse

    This makes me think of time as the destroyer of everything including memory. All is forgotten given enough time. But fade into memory sounds like a oxymoron for the word fade implies to die, to be no more. But if it goes into memory, then it has not really faded for the memory keeps it alive. It is alive somewhere, in the memory of something.
