Not Your Equal

Strengthen me or kill me Lord;
Without You I can’t do this!
If I can’t even stop the rain,
Then how can I walk through this?

The faith I have is very small;
The wind looks at me and laughs!
I want to rise above it all,
But to Your feet I clasp!

I want to be just like you Lord
And feed the hungry people.
Father lift me from this tent,
But not to be Your equal!
