Overthrow (thoughts on transition in faith)

Douglas Blair 1951 (London)

I suffered the pangs
Of self-loathing
The converse revealed
In the King
Who shone through
Luke’s Gospel delightful.
Who fixed just
About everything.
He spoke of that
Kingdom amazing
While I doubted future
As good.
I knew in the core
Of repentance
And more.
He lives, mighty.
As I should.
And consequence
Strangely
Transforming
Discipleship, one
Precious pill.
To share in His Mind
Compassion to find.
And easily to follow His Will.
