Analysis of Sleep

Sleep sneaks up on me while I am awake.
All of my energy it tries hard to take.
It grabs at me morning and evening.
It even bothers me while I am peeing.

Why does sleep have to be this way?
Taking its toll day after day.
It's like having a weight on my back.
Or pulling a train up a steep railroad track.

Just when I think I found the answer.
It is right there waiting like a cancer.
But I have found something to stop all that.
I will just lay down and take myself a nap.
