Analysis of Homs
Homs
Unsteady is the crown upon your head
Bashar al-Assad, King of Syria.
We, the children of Homs
Cry out for vengeance,
Blood for blood!
A life for a life!
Because your Russian tanks,
And your Alewite captains
Slaughter your own people!
Why! So that your woman
Can buy her shoes?
So that your ancestors
Can remember your insensitivity
And that of your father
Who also poured the blood
Of thousands just to keep his throne?
A curse upon you and your children!
And if we meet in the hereafter
I would gladly give up my heaven
To push you deeper in Hell.
