Analysis of Becoming Mystical

It will take time
But within us there
Is a propensity towards
Mysticism. The heart of
Which is silence.

As the source of our
Existence and because
Of it God communicates
Himself to what he loves
Because that’s his nature.

A self- given part of the
Blessed Trinity: that is
Love through his Son,
Jesus, via their Holy
Spirit of love.

That is infused loving
Knowledge of Christ as
Defined by Saint John of
The Cross. Through silence
The Holy Spirit prays in us.

Initially, we require an element
Of force to be silent. But, then,
Our silence produces
Something to draw
Ourselves into it.

What gifts are Creation, Salvation,
And that of The Eucharist? And
As we stroll the world we have
To maintain contact
With Our Father…

Thus, the reality of mysticism is
The doorway of achieving that contact.
And what a gift it is: a path to God’s heart
While bearing in mind that charity
Is always required.
