Analysis of We Are The Irish.

Being born on the island of Ireland
We are known as the Irish and
To those descended from us
Similar genes share our blood.

So whatever the reason for
Ancestral dispersal even if
You never stepped upon our
Soil acknowledge your roots.

For the land of the shamrock
Is yours and you are always
Welcome to an island which
Carries the spirit of the Gael.

For your genes are rooted
In the land of the shamrock
Which St. Patrick used to
Evangelize for Christ…

Thus, be proud of your roots
For we all share the spirit
Of the Gael whose history
And culture is number one.

A race of history and culture
Whose contribution to the rest
Of our fellow humans is worldly
Acknowledged as being supreme.
