Analysis of New Day

Still, velvet morning,
purple dawn, blue silhouettes,
flutter wings, rustle leaves,
night spell is gone.

Light through thick drapes,
Dreamer awakes,
thought still in maze,
consciousness stirred,
alertness in place,
New day embraced.
