Analysis of Catching My Words
Looking over the edge
of an emotional cliff
I saw new feelings
for the very first time
Crying out from the backs
of the Seraph’s wings
They were begging for me
to climb on
Promising a flight above
reason and logic
And blinding my eyes
with overpowering rhyme
I flew into the new silence,
as angelic music began
Catching my words as they
fell,
