Got a tight grip on your hand

But as your head turns to fresher land

I can merely mimic all of our yesterdays

Locking eyes on an empty lanturn

Our flame a wimper of where we used to lay

Yet cautious care keeps our thoughts together

To win would be to loose everything all over again
