A blink in time.

A J C 1958 (Swansea, MA)

When I was young, The world looked tall, and everything had colors. I was very pretty and had a lot of lovers. There were no others. Then I blink my eye. Everything turned black and white. All my lovers ran for their lives. My blue eyes have faded, and all my hair has turned gray. That did bother me, by the way. Why does it have to be this way? All the guys were looking at me every day. Now they walk by, run, and hide. And I lose all my pride. If I blink one more time, maybe I will wake up and open my eyes wide. Then I could slide back in time. When I was in my prime. I do not think so; I'm out of time.
