A POEM FOR CHIHUAHUAS

Dianna Duplessie 1971 (Hamilton Ontario)

How do I love you?
let me count the ways,

I love your one paw,
I love you too paws,
I love you three paws,
I love all four.
I love the way you greet me, when I walk through the door.

I love your wiggy waggy tail,
your little tooshie too.
I love it when you kiss me,
When I say your mommy loves you.

I love your little belly,
I love your little feet.
I love the way you yell at me, when you want to treat.

I love your little nose,
I love your big brown eyes
I love the fact you think you're 10 ft tall,
for your little size.
