My Darkness

My soul ever so black,
torture I can never take back.
Allowing love to take control,
has made me forsaken my soul.
Intensity that fuels the demons I possess,
has made the every aspect of my spirt a complete mess.
The sins I try so hard to hide,
all these distorted feelings I keep hidden inside.
This curse I am bestowed upon,
is not where I truly belong.
Bounded by mistakes and so much more ,
in search of another world I needed to explore.
The simple life I tried to create,
Is not my true destination nor my fate.
My darkness has bewitched me,
it has taken control and won't allow me to be free.
This true reality I have been keeping locked away,
has taken over me and demands to forever stay.
