Free verse
I have mistaken kindness for self gain,
I have fell victim to a love like hold of hatred
A cycle of narcissism disguised as romance
I have met a wolf in sheep's clothing.

I have believed unadorned lies,
I have unmercifully been mauled by your hands like a starving bear
You do not build, you break
I have met a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

I craved your touch, now I fear your strength,
I have met a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
