Stone Angel
Ax.barajas 1980 (Illinois)
Porcelain skin, a faded smile; not
a flinch. All crumbled beneath the
earth.
Wings of glory a torn rob gripping
that mighty sword. A sense of
peace as you gaze upon her eyes.
Never losing focus sun's rays on
her shoulder. A bit of warmth a
bit of security. Dust away your
worries. Bow down to her presence
and leave them at her feet.
So many centuries hidden from
human eyes always watchful not a
single crack.
In this time of chaos she comes out
like a mighty hurricane to disrupt
man-kinds destruction.
A guardian to many.
An imminent light.
A beacon of hope for lost souls.
Through the hands of time angel's
stare. Coming forth to save those
worthy of His glory.
To restore peace. Relieve pain and
replace that which has been lost.
Regain in His trust and He will bring balance, beauty and peace.
For those who have been shed in
darkness He will bring light.
For those struggling and corrupted
from today's society He will bring
warmth from the bitten frost bite.
Open your eyes. Look all that
surrounds you. Gaze upon the
stars full of majesty.
We are not alone. His warriors are
coming forth through stone and
earth, river or plain. They are here
rising from the ashes to fight for
those who seek salvation and
keep the demons at bay.
