Communication Error
I brought up my biggest fear
It took all my courage to come out and say it.
And at first, I was met with warmth and love
And for a moment I felt comfort and I thought I was safe.
But that was just a communication error,
Because as I moved closer and tried to
Visualize our life together in a year
And he finally actually understood what I meant,
What I've been trying to say this whole while,
He screamed and shouted and stormed out,
confirming everything I was afraid of.
