A Tale of Time
I met you playing a game,
You were somewhere untouchable
Yet your messages made me smile.
Each night I dream, of it will be like
To hold you, kiss you, lay my head on your chest
I dream of a life with you
Of happiness everlasting.
Every night I come to you, worry in my head
And hope in my heart, yet as soon as you
Hold me, the worry fades and the love flows.
Now there is one road I wish to travel
One road that leads to you, as we walk
Hand in hand on the beach.
The roads of the past long behind me
All in front of me you and the future.
I pray you belong to me
And I to you
Whether we marry
Or live together as one
I will always be there for you.
