Analysis of A Secluded Place
the feelings of
lonliness and emptiness
settle into my heart
and slowly, deeply
take over the rest of me
sadness enters
into my mind, then heart
smiles and laughter
diminish into a nothingness
that won't disappear
only you can help me
I've tried to rise above
everything, but have fallen
do you really care for me
as I feel about you
will you bring me back
to reality, or at least
one in which I can be with you
together and forever happy
