Landscape

as the valley fills
I watch
between the mountains
which keep from overflowing
staring, fascination
all mine
expecting, craving
a cloud covers
the landscape meant
for only one
so beautiful
hidden, so secretively
I have vowed
to never show that
which is mine
swore, no more
yet I broke
must again
wrong to lie
and hurt others
