Analysis of A battle
Kaleb Hagen 2005 (Toronto)
Mental health is a battle,
similar to war
Sometimes it leaves u curious, wanting to know more Sometimes it leaves you sad, curled up on the floor and
Sometimes it leaves you in bed; with a lock on your door
Spiraling thoughts enter minds that some may not control
Leaving them empty like a bottomless hole
So get some fresh air , maybe go for a stroll or Consider staying motivated, by setting a goal
Self care isn’t selfish, and neither are you
Because no one but yourself knows what your going through
Everyone makes mistakes, so who cares if you make one too
But remember to stay positive ,
no matter what you do
