Analysis of Why Pen Down
why pen down my thoughts
love runs through my veins
my heart beats every second
we're together, and when we're
apart it skips a beat
all my life I've always loved you
I listen to the night sounds
hoping to hear your voice
I miss the touch of your
warm embrace, the smell
of your 'old spice' cologne
It's hard to be away from you
what i would give to see you again
to be in your sweet embrace
knowing that my safety was
all in your hands
oh, the sweet day
to be with you again
my heart waits for that day
anticipating your glorious return
