Analysis of Pillar of support

Pillar of support

Walking hand to hand with our bare feet on the sand
Watching the night winding down making plans
Sweeping you off your feet when you can't go any further
Being the one to catch you and lend you my shoulder

Telling you everything is going to be alright in this world of madness
Be the rock to your foundation A ray of light to undo the sadness
Cast aside your pain and misery while I hold you closer to me
Not everything in this world will always be problem-free

In this moment in time with you while you're feeling lost and insecure
Just close your eyes and just forget the rest and regain your composure
To reach the skies again and rise up again above the storm
I'll be the wings to dry up your tears and keep you warm

Can't imagine the things that go on in your mind all-day
Not promising all world problems would suddenly go away
There's nothing that I wouldn't do for you no matter what it takes
That's is the promise I have for you that I'm willing to make
