I am a 28 year old mother who has suffered addiction, domestic violence and loss of a child through a miscarriage and my daughter with social care involvement. Poetry is my outlet to be able to realise my emotions. I’ve always loved poetry . It can be so healing. Sometimes you don’t need to talk to someone and you just need to read a poem that says it all in a few words
