I suffered a breakdown after domestic abuse and tried to commit suicide by jumping off the cliffs known as 'suicide cliffs'. I should not have survived but landed on a ledge half way down and this led to being saved by people who watched my sprint and jump. This poem started the book I wrote to help myself from trauma.
