I've been writing poetry since I was in High School. My poems have been inspired by many things; nature, love, romance, grief and my own journey with PTSD. Three of my poems about PTSD have been published in a national magazine. One of my poems were used at lyrics for a hymn that was published in a local magazine and included in a choral music recording in Australia. Mostly I write poetry to help me cope with life.
