Carol Covington is an Army veteran, mother, grandmother and recent college graduate. She earned her B.A. in 2020 from Metropolitan State University of Denver, an IDP titled degree "Healing Trauma through Creative Self-Expression. Currently a guest poet with Art from Ashes, Carol hopes to complete her first poetry collection this year.
