Grew up with a very disfunctional family. Mentally ill parents who abused me emotionally and verbally. I self diagnosed my dad as borderline personality disorder. I cried most days. Wishing I had another family. I knew the future would be better if I could make it thru. I started writing poetry when I was 8. It helped me identify my emotions and express myself. It also scared me.
