My children and grandchildren are the reason I smile, laugh and cry. They are my happy place, my joy, my love, at times my frustration. They are what makes my heart beat and at times break.
They're what keeps me going and fighting to survive.
They're my every beat of my heart every breath I take.
They are my entire existence
They always have been always will be and are my eternal love.

I also battle with ptsd anxiety and depression, Growing up hard and poor in the streets of Cleveland Ohio made me into the man I am today.
