Tragedy

these days seem to be getting harder
As time keeps moving swiftly by
Theres danger around every corner
Self destruction in the blink of an eye
Oh Mother earth please forgive us
and tell us what to do
we should all not be punished
for the thoughtless acts of the few
who have poisoned and darkened the sky above
and trashed the oceans blue
we are killing the very air that we breath
and taken away Heavens view
