Seagull Street

Life is nothing but-

     King of the ruins
     Of bread crumb loners
     He waddles in
     Scavenger of indifference
     Interrupts the
     Circle of
     Peevish ducks
     Quaking in sudden
     Defense
     As he
     Tries to
      Lord over the leftovers
     Slick,screeching sqaubble
     Bottoms bobbing
     Kaleidoscope of confusion
     Tails up-

Reflections of a city pond
