Our Little Dog

Sandra Meadows

So cuddly and so full of life.
She was our childhood dog and so full of life.
Dancing and chasing us over the yard.
She was one heck of a card.
Then one afternoon another school bus came too soon.
Our dog was put to sleep.
Now not so much as a peep.
