One Small Pearl

In this beautiful world,
There are many pearls,
Yet I fell for one small girl.

My hopes were high and then I fell,
Down a deep dark well,
 Down the pits of hell.

She took my heart and made a twirl,
Yes that one pretty girl,
That one cute pearl.

Then time flew by,
So I asked myself why,
I had to fall from the deep blue sky.

But, alas, she left my little world,
That one nice girl,
That lovely pearl.
