Misty morning

abdul wahab

The mist
Of the morning
Wrapped us
Like a shawl

We were blind
To ignore the pot holes
Like a sweet breeze
Swept along the wild

In the songs
We saw
The fragrance
Of future
And smelled
The rising
 Rays of hope
To keep us warm

The petals
Of roses
Opened up
With the rising
Of temperature
The cold
Broke like a clog
We put aside
Our cloak

 The fog
Parted away
Like the rhymes
Of a novice writer
Along with
 The dreams
From the sun rays.
