Me the Mortal

As a mortal we have many roles
All the promises and principles to hold
From young many a time had I been told
Once heart is broken, it's consider sold

You, my friend, I wanna grow old with
Many a man had said I'm naive
Though so, I still keep my faith
Friendship is the magic that I still believe

Together forever and never to fall
That's the best I can give you all
When you are low I'll make you stand tall
That's the promise from me the mortal
