Love Yourself

Don't hang your hat on that old wooden rack
It's not over for you yet (Repeat)
You still have a lot of years left
Why can't you see why it's hard to remember?

Every mirror looks the same
But everytime you look in it it sees a new face
It's never the mirror that changes
It's the fame
Why do you love torturing yourselves?

Plastic Surgery doesn't make your beauty improve
It just makes you seem excited when you're not supposed to
Paint your clown face here
These are the looks you're stuck with
Are you ready to go under?

Alter your identity
Inject the "Fountain of Youth" into your blood stream
Try to match who you used to be
Through updated experimental science projects
And a false modified sense of security

Eternity (Repeat)
It's written all over your face
Wrinkes are an honor not a mistake
And Gray hair is your crown not a warning sign
So respect your elders
They hold all the answers
Submit yourselves one to another and hold high your banner
Don't let age dictate what really matters

You don't need to be young to be relevant
And you don't need to be old to be respected

Eugene Hetler

I love the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit and that goes with Him. I read the Bible and pray daily. I try not to be judgemental but some days the fire comes out like a dragon burping a big gas fire on accident after a big meal. I love to write. Please read waht I write. I love to write things that encourage and hopefully are fun to read and make you laugh til you cry. I even like to write things that inspire and make you think in a deep way some of the time. Whoever's hacking my account and erasing my hard work is cheating me and the people who enjoy my work and it needs to stop or you'll suffer the consequences. :) more…
