Love knows no age

I need not ask your age for you're ageless
You are old enough to be loved and love
A woman of the ages I caress
Your softness carved in flesh. Coo of a dove

Rises from your soul, your emerald eyes
Exist in time immortal, sparkling clear
Through to my heart and soul, all of your sighs
Speak of your joys, they're music to my ear

Your words seem like an echo of my dreams
We've been through this before unremembered
Memories too emotional it seems
From our mind dream thoughts have been dismembered

Perhaps my dreams were a taste of our life
I think in them we were husband and wife
