Lost one

I lay at night, tormented
what would have been,
If we'd done it differently.
Now we're in two different places now
You're happy, I'm not even sure
I still remember the things you said to keep me up at night,
Those moments we shared, laughter....that love.
It seems all now to be a distant dream,
A place only in time only you can take me to
I wonder if you dream about me?
Or if you even miss me?
My un-answered questions spiral in my mind
But the answer apparent is, at it always will be
to me you'll always be a loved one
But you to, I'll always be
Lost one.
