I’ll try to be succinct.
Flowing over my body
My emotions undulate
My hand rests on your cheek
This is the future I anticipate
A hollow between two crests in the sea
We will not wait
We rise and fall with the movement
With each breath, we hesitate
Oblivious to where we will land
Will it ever be too late
I am sanguine about our love
I rest my faith in fate
